A suggestion - whatever template and colour scheme you use, please, PLEASE don't remove that utterly beautiful blue (steel-deep-greyish-blue??) globe at the bottom of the main page, near the data about newest user and users online. If, unfortunately, the majority vote is for the removal of said globe, could you please send me the picture of the globe to keep and cherish forever? I love it!

Ok the globe stays - we haven't discussed specifics about stuff. i've added icons and stuff but their pretty rudimentary

Why is my use of "brick" only the 15th listing in the urban dictionary? Shows how obscure my language is.

Lol thanks for the Irish usage. Some of the other usages were a lot more offensive! Yikes, I had no idea the term meant all of those things!

I just came by to check in and had a what the heck is going on moment. Hi all! I voted "I can live with it." It seems to work dandy fine, though it's not as pretty as it was. I DO like that it's not as dark.

I only saw the black and purple one. Were there others? I haven't been around for a bit. This color scheme is more open and inviting though, me thinks.

We've been through loads over the last month or so. It was mutually agreed that, while very pretty, the old one didn't exactly say 'writers gather here' to new people coming to look around the site. We wanted to look more... serious.
