PostSubject: Supernatural   Supernatural EmptyWed Feb 11, 2009 4:39 pm

Since we seem to have a good number of fans here, I figured we could start a Supernatural thread.
So...

Favorite season? Fave episodes? Fave character? Etc.?

I must say that season three was pretty amazing towards the end, and season four is shaping up to be pretty awesome. I must say that Yellow Fever was my favorite, and the one with the hook man was close. I was always spooked something awful when my cousin told me the Hook Man story when I was little...

Favorite character: Bobby. Hands down. Smile Bobby ROCKS. He reminds me of my grampie, sorta.

Take it away!

Supernatural thread, yay!

Favorite season: one or three. First season had so many monster--of-the-week type episodes that I very much enjoyed, and third season's arc revolved a lot around Dean, which I also very much enjoyed.
Favorite episodes: Mystery Spot from season three, definitely. Perfect balance of humor and sad/scary moments. Bloody Mary from season one. I was always incredibly freaked out by her legend. There are so many more.
Favorite character: Dean, of course. One, he's beautiful. Two, his sarcasm as fantastic. Three, he does the sad thing really well.

I could talk about this show for hours.

OOOoooh, I forgot about Mystery Spot. Mom and I were having a hard time not laughing after about the third time he kicked the bucket...I think my favorite had to be the "does this taste funny to you?" bit.

Dean... drunken In After School Special, after Dean said that "the whistle makes me their god" my mom turned to me and said "yeah, and I think those shorts make him OUR god!" I almost died. It was great. And oh-so-true.

Ah yes, Jensen Ackles in shorts was a wonderful sight. I couldn't believe he actually agreed to that.
That's one of the great things about this show. There are so many memorable moments.

I'm pretty sad that this week's is a rerun, but at least there's Eye of the Tiger at the end. Jensen playing the leg guitar is always good.

You can find all of the episodes on YouTube. And yeah, it's all worth it...if only because of Jensen. drunken

Novel-- the CW will usually put up the episode within a couple days of it being aired.

Go to CWtv.com to watch it. It's not up yet (I just checked) but keep checking. So much better than watching on youtube or even hunting it down.

I tracked it down in five parts on YouTube and watched it earlier. It was sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo good! And you're right -- definitely a writer's episode. Smile Dean's reaction to the fangirls was just what I would expect. Haha.

I agreed with a lot of Pronetoidiocy LOL

Fave Season might be either One or Two......though three was short and Red Sky at Morning was my fave in that season.
I personally like 98% of all aired episodes seasons 1-4
Fave all time episode is Route666 I am a cassie/dean shipper from day one since the episode aired.
Favorite character: Of course, Dean, so cute, so smart ass, so.....talented is Jensen Ackles *sighs*

You can't be dreaming over Jared writer2day! He's already mine *evil laughter*!

Anyone else can have Jensen. Yeah, he's cute and all that and great with his funny lines but Jared just has the most captivating eyes ever!

And I'm definitely excited and sad about the season finale tonight. Can't wait to watch it!

I totally can't wait! The preview looked totally awesome -- Sam, with demon eyes. HEL-LO! Can't wait!

Both Jensen and Jared are very, very good looking, but both of them are way too old for me and I won't even bother mooning after them, lol. I just want the car. Wink

EDIT:

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA-AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA-AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAaaa-AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAaa-HHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH-HHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHhhh-HHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH_-HHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH-!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!-!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

HOW CAN THEY END IT LIKE THAT?!?!?!?!? AUGH! HOLY FREAKING FREAK ON FREAKING TOAST!!!

And Sam...and Dean....and Cass and Chuck...and then Ruby...and Lucifer...and the eyes....and the seal...and HOLY CRAP!

NEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEED SEASON FIVE! NOW!

*Ahem* Sorry. That was much more tame than my initial reaction. I yelled at the TV, shook my fist at it, smacked it, cursed Kripke, went outside, ran around in circles, and said several things that are not repeatable in mixed company. And I was yelling so loud that I probably woke up the entire neighborhood.

Yeah. It was good. But HOW can they end it RIGHT THERE?!? AAAHH!

Ok i saw the first episode ever last week, and i've grown up on buffy, angel and charmed and i DID NOT SLEEP a wink all night after it!! That hasn't happened to me in ages, but i think its cause this series does focus (and i notice your comments) on more biblical things and 'real happenings' (like women in white) than saw the stuff you'd see on other series. I'm almost afraid to watch tonight (such a wimp i know!) Laughing
