This one... is four feet tall. No joke. Its like, life sized. I painted it right after Reeves died in... eek, 2004? 2005?

The triangles are the three characters from The Legend of Zelda.. tis a video game... cause I'm all kinds of nerd. Clockwise from top: Ganon, Link and Zelda.

I started painting pop culture stuff in high school, I have a trip tych of Cat Woman, Spiderman and Wonderwoman too.

I paint characters from video games and comic books because, like the paintings of dukes and queens from 200 years ago, these are now the things that we worship and revere (at least me) so its a commentary on pop culture and what my generation places on a pedestal.
