| I picked MA, because I'm going to read it anyway, but the thing about that one is it's a prequel to a different series, and personally, I would advise reading that trilogy first. It's only going to work discussing everything about that one if we can include spoilers from the Black Magician Trilogy. | |

| Which Magicians Apprentice is it? There are several of them by different authors.
I voted on the Gargoyle though, it seems very interesting and my library has it.

| For some reason, I can't put my vote in...it already displays all the vote results and I don't remember voting.
My vote though is More Than Love Letters.

| Ok so i left the poll here for a while - and 'More than Love Letters' is the winner.
So please try and get this book for the book club. I'm going to leave three weeks to both get and read this book. Today's Friday 13th March - i'm going to open a discussion thread April 3rd
Is that ok with everyone?

| That should be okay with me. I will do my best to get that done by then. Although I am moving--but also driving to Illinois from where I am at now. Hopefully I can get a bunch of reading done by then. | |

| Ok its now June! I think we should give the book club another go! So, people post your recommendations and i'll stick them in a poll and we can vote like we did before.
My vote is for either 'book thief' or ' city of bones' - the first book in the Mortal instruments series

| City of Bones is amazing! I'd read it again. I heard the Book Thief is good, but I don't have much draw to it.
I'm all for Never Let me Go by Kazuo Ishiguro. I loved the review on Book Bundle and am waiting for it to get in at the library. I just put it on hold today!

| I second the vote for Never Let me Go, after reading the review on the Book Bundle I went to amazon and bought it that day. Although, I wouldn't mind City of Bones, even though I have already read it. And I have the Book Thief on the way to me now. So, really any of the three would be fine with me. | |

| Sorry for the duplicate posting, but it's been awhile. Just wondering what we've decided, if anything? Plus it's almost July, so we could try for it during this coming month.
I did just get my copy of 'Never Let Me Go' and I still have a copy of City of Bones, 'The Book Thief' is on it's way. As I write this I'm beginning to realize what a book hoarder I am, it's just pitiful. So, what's it going to be for the month of July? Anyone interested?
