This thread is to collect all those useful links that don't really need their own topic, and might not fit into other threads.


To kick off, there is a very interesting thing from J A Konarth's blog here, about free e-books, and author promotion.
This could probably have fitted into lots of the other threads on the forum, but then it would have needed putting in lots of places. So I thought this was a better idea.
