Greetings

Hello fellow writer-types. I just wanted to give a wave as I stumble through the door.

My name is Ryan Yokley, I am an animator by trade and a writer by virtue of wishful thinking. I am currently working on a fiction novel, my first, tentatively entitled Finding Wayside. It is about a young boy named Grim who stumbles upon a city inhabited by people and things who have become "lost" in our world.

I'm looking forward to being part of a writing community, something I have never endeavoured to do before. I'm glad something like this exists to help support all of us writers and writer-zygotes and look forward to interacting with you all.

Thanks for the words of encouragement everyone. I will try to be more active in the forum in the future. I'm spending most of my spare time writing my brains out recently, and I'd like to ride the wave as long as I can.

Finding Wayside sounds like a great book! Can't wait until it goes on the shelves. <3

Writing is always priority, Ryan! I tend to view forums as procrastination/support groups (why yes, I am procrastinating right now). When you have time, come hang out.

Yes yes Lapillus is right, we all procrastinate when where here XD ^^ but it's a fun way of procrastinating!
