| You'll hate me for saying this. I hated someone for telling me this as well, so no worries:
The first draft is the worst. It lasts forever and you hate the subject. Once you finish that, you get so involved in your thesis and love every second, it finishes too soon for your liking.

| My critique partner will have prime real estate in my acknowledgments. She's done so much for my writing and my spirit. But my jr. high librarian will probably also get a mention for allowing her library to be a sanctuary during a really tough time in my life. | |
