| I just started Catching Fire and just finished Vampire Diaries. Vampire diaries was cheesy. As for Wicked, I found it disturbing...I'd never read it again and don't want to read his other books.... But it was good, just a bit disturbing in some scenes. | |

| I just started reading the Blue Bloods books. I only have the first two right now, but if I like them I will pick up the others as well. | |

| I'm reading The Book Thief right now. Not my usual fare--I tend to favor fantasy over any other genre--but I'm really enjoying the author's gift for poetic visualization. | |

| I'm about one-third through "Requiem for a Dream" by Hubert Selby Jr. I heard some good things about it and decided to pick it up.
It is written in this groovy stream-of-consciousness prose that really lends itself to the storyline. I am enjoying it thus far. I wonder if his other stuff is written in a similar style.
Will pass along a fuller review when I finish.

| Jon that would be great, that book is on my TBR list.
Currently reading George R.R. Martin's A Game of Thrones.
I'm enjoying it but its quite dark (which is to say realistic) for a fantasy, he's not afraid to kill people anyhoo lol, which is kind of disconcerting when you get attached to a character and then they die.
