So, my goals were:

Novel-Goddess wrote:
* Finish Shattered Truth (The Adonian Chronicles, Book Two) by October 20.
* Finish edits on tSotD before the end of the year (goal is by the end of October, although I don't know if I can make it).
* Write the third book in The Adonian Chronicles for NaNoWriMo this year. Not really a fall goal, but whatever.
*Write 1,000 words a day

I haven't been able to do much with any of them. I'm working toward finishing edits on tSotD when I have time. Ditto with writing Shattered Truth. But I haven't been pulling 1K a day. I've been mad busy with my AP classes, and now I'm sick. So, y'know, not a lot of success this week.

Sorry I'm late.

MS-wise, another spectacularly bad week. But byline wise YAY! I got another byline, this time not for a tiny box or snippet, but for my own almost-three-quarter-page story (review of Josh Kornbluth's monologues)

This week doesn't look very promising though...Sad

I was wrong...I got my seventh byline this week, so I'm revising my target from 10 by December to 15.

Next week, however, looks like pure editing, so no bylines.
However, I'm working on my own 4-page story that I want published in September, so fingers crossed.

Again, great job ReNu!

I've done slightly better this week, although still not great.
I wrote close to 2000 words on Wednesday, which was excellent, then just over 800 yesterday. I'm hopeful that things will keep picking up now, though, as I'm managing to get more things sorted for the day job.

Mine is to find an hour to sit down and write while my son is napping. If I can get even a page out of it I'm happy!

Motherhood is going, Evan loves to be held, all the time. It has it's tiring moments, but it's worth it in the end! I got the avatar from a friend apparently it's from Tori Amos's animated book or something. I just though it was pretty.

OK guys, I can't believe it, but it's another week again!
And once again, I'm an awful example. However, I've had my first week in the new job now, so I'm going to make up a schedule for myself now, and hopefully get some words down now!

A little bit that did happen, though, was that I sent the first couple of chapters to my boyfriend, because I wanted a little encouragement, just to know that it wasn't a total load of nonsense, even if boyfriends usually say nice things anyway Wink He asked to see the next chapter, though, so I'm a little more motivated now. He helped get me out of a rut.

a] get this proposal done

b] really work the ass off my short story!!

I've set new year resolutions (halloween pagan new year that is ) for the next five years. Its like my gameplan for the next while Laughing

basically its all explained here (and you'll see it in my sign)

I believe my writing hiatus is almost up. I've got to get writing again. My mind feels like it will explode. But now one of my new goals is to work on the rewrite of my first novel because I know it needs to be worked on and my main character has been driving me nuts.
