Don't kill me for this suggestion...

I know this is a huge suggestion buuut... I'd like to see genre's in the forum somehow. I know we have a thread for The Novel, Short Stories, etc etc, which is cool, but guess I feel like maybe those are intimidating. Or... too much in one board.

For instance... I'm writing a sci-fi/fantasty/paranormal story. But I don't have a place to post "What do you think of this?" for fellow readers and writers to take a look at it or bounce ideas for JUST that genre. And I think people tend to group more by genre in their own writing and reading than they do for length of a story. Is that insane? Maybe... personally I think that might make the forum more conducive to helping with writing. What do you all think?

Yea... this could pretty much require a total revamp of all the boards... I'm willing to toss out suggestions if people like this idea on how NOT to make it too complicated.

Well at the moment i wonder if it would be viable - due to inactivity? BUT how about i add a genre forum and have athread for each category - this area will be specifically adress genre questions? and see how it goes?
